Niamh is the proud owner of Xtreme Beauty and has dedicated over 30 years to the beauty industry. Taking over the business in 2020 during the challenges of Covid-19, she has successfully transformed and expanded Xtreme Beauty into the thriving beauty salon, skin clinic, and training academy it is today.Known for her exceptional brow artistry, Niamh specialises in brow transformations and PhiBrows, helping clients achieve beautifully balanced and natural looking brows. Her talent has been recognised throughout the industry, winning Brow Artist of the Year 2025 and earning Runner-Up International Brow Artist of the Year 2025.

Passionate about education and raising industry standards, Niamh has recently completed further studies and is now leading the exciting development of the Xtreme Beauty Training Academy, helping to educate and inspire the next generation of beauty professionals.

With over nine years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry, Hayley is our passionate Skin Specialist and Beauty Therapist.
